






Dr. Oliphant was born and raised in Chatham-Kent and is the founder of the Complete Eye and Vision Care Centre. Dr. Oliphant is a graduate of the renowned University of Waterloo School of Optometry. Dr. Oliphant has published three papers on the subject of colour vision and is an authorized “Night Vision Tester” for police service applications. Dr. Oliphant is also a member of the Canadian Diabetes Association and the Canadian Society of Clinical and Refractive Optometry.
Dr. Oliphant believes that treating and diagnosing his patients visual problems is his primary focus but takes great pride in the fact that he enjoys interacting with his patients on a much more personal level. “I enjoy taking the time to speak with each one of my patients. This includes not just their visual needs but perhaps a new development in their family life or work life. It is important for myself and my team at the centre to connect with our patients on a professional and personal level.”

Kelly was born and raised in the Chatham-Kent area, and now resides in Paincourt with her husband and three children. If you are lucky enough to get Kelly off her boat, you will find her spending time reading or enjoying quality time with her family & friends.
Kelly brings over 10 years of experience to the Complete Eye and Vision Care Clinic. Kelly provides internal administrative support and customer service support, and attends to the Clinic’s day-to-day office needs.
Prior to joining Dr. Oliphant’s team, Kelly worked for a large national optical chain, she decided to join Dr. Oliphants team where she could enjoy providing a higher level of customer care.
Kelly takes great pride in providing outstanding customer service and believes in the adage “If we don’t take care of our patients, someone else will”.
Debrah was originally born in Toronto, Ontario and along with her husband, two daughters and many pets, made Chatham her home over 10 years ago.
Debrah is a former Veterinary Technician and after taking the Optical Dispensing Course in Barrie, brings years of optical experience to this team.
Debrah feels every patient is unique and very much enjoys helping them choose pleasing, functional eyewear to enhance their everyday lives. She also teaches patients how to handle, wear, and care for their contact lenses.
Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include, baking, reading and working out.
